Thread Closed Very bad service!

    I had a product, dead on arrival.
    I made a ticket, no asnswer.
    After a few emails and weeks later i got the message to make a picture of the product.
    Why? It is new and unused.
    After long discussions DX would send me my money back as DX point.
    I still dont have my points and they again dont respond to emails.
    Livechat is unavailabe.

    Better buy at {REMOVED}
    DX is terrible when you have a problem with a product.

    Advice 1: DX do not have interactive email, that is what the ticket system is for.

    Advice 2: You agreed to abide by the forum T&C. The second term/condition is to not name other on line stores.

    Advice 3: Live Chat works very well... during H.K. business hours.
