My DOA Waiting for Staff Action for over 3 weeks

    My ticket for a DOA is E2BC7852EB22467394F68D4201241165.  I have been waiting for staff action for 3 weeks and the on line chat has not worked (I've tried several times ofer the last week or so).  I am concerned it is 'stuck' in the system and not being looked for.

    I need the device I ordered to make a hearing assistance device able to work with my TV so I am REALLY interested in getting a working unit.

    I join this thread cause i am in the same situation. I received the phone i ordered with a  broken screen. I made a DOA ticket since 5 days still no answer. I manage to reach live chat 2 days ago and they told me they would contact a staff member but still nothing :'(

    I hope posting here will speed up the process. 

    (sorry for my poor english, i'm french)

    Hello,
    I contacted the customer service to get a refund of the Bluboo Dual phone color black in "DOA" ticket 9D81AB5FDDA546D5A5E64629EAEA36A9.
    This service asks me "to repair a new product" according to the new rules, it's a new product because i did not buy a used product on DX.com.
    I did a "return DOA items within 5 days after delivery date" to his service in UK, now customer service asks me to contact the phone provider?
    Could you intervene for the refund of my product, please?
