Ticket service on vacation or something ?

    Is DX's ticket department on vacation ? I have a ticket "waiting for staff" and entire week now...

    Wrote a ticket 3 weeks ago. 4 days ago they sent me an email saying I should answer them in a day or two. I did... and again nothing. Dealextream staff i understand you have a lot of work, but am I as a customer a joke to you?

    Well you did reply i give you that much. 

    One problem though: my ticket was about a SKU with a missing item in it while you replied to me to wait for another 2 weeks for the shipment to arrive as if the ticket was about delay in shipping... 

    I don't want to be rude but maybe read the ticket before answering ?

    I marked the order in question as completed a week ago...
