No Response to My Ticket in 2 Months

    I have not recieved an order shipped on Jan 3rd, and have not recieved a response to my ticket requesting info in two months. Has anyone else encountered a similar situation with DX?

    DX seems to have a serious backlog of tickets for quite a while now. I'll try to call a staff member to help you.
