No response in my ticket

    Hi everybody,

    I have a ticket since december and it's unanswered since 2017/2/18

    the first answer is to ask me a video, the second to say me that the download link was expired before they saw it (one month after, it's normal...)

    And nothing since the new link for the video to explain that my product (a phone) don't work since 5 month.


    What is the problem? Why have I had only two messages and nothing for 2 months ??
