Wrong Tracking Number provided.

    Hi Dx,


    The Tracking number RX386463054DE provided for order 170410001088170541 is wrong.

    I have contacted DHL and they instructed me to check with you guys. Please provide me the correct or new tracking ID ASAP.

    What is the shipment date in your account?


    It can often take a week or more (AFTER the order was shipped) for a tracking # to start working/updating.

    ALWAYS ask questions about a specific item on its
    page. Scroll down and click on "Post a new topic".

    Hi @gasbag11,


    Thanks for the reply. The shipment date was 4/12/2017.

    And yes I understand that tracking details take time to work. But when i checked with DHL customer care this was the reply

    "We
    regret to inform. that we are unable to retrieve any information from
    our track and trace system with the shipment ID you have provided. We
    would suggest you to contact the shipper to receive a valid tracking
    number. For further clarification kindly check with the shipper, which
    postal service provider your shipment has been sent with." 


    That is why i am checking with you guys.

    Actually I'm just a customer like you. 


    It's possible that your order was rejected/returned to DX by China customs. It happens quite frequently. 


    I'll see if a staff member can help you when she starts work later on.

    The package RX386463054DE is on the way back to us due to battery part. Please wait one week and see if it will be reshipped via another carrier or not. Thanks.
