Bad Service

      Place an order and waiting for tracking information. Everytime i check the tracking number is says it doesnt exist.


    I tried to contact live support, but no one is available. I've been trying for 3 days. I created a ticket, still no response.


    Terrible service and will not buy from DX again!

    What is the shipment date of your order, and was it $20.00 or more? Orders under $20 don't have tracking #s unless you pay $1.70 extra for "Standard Shipping". 


    Live Chat is only available after 8:00 AM Hong Kong time for about 8 hours.


    DX ticket support seems to be very backlogged lately. Don't add anything to your ticket before they reply or it will go to the back of the queue every time.

    ALWAYS ask questions about a specific item on its
    page. Scroll down and click on "Post a new topic".

    1. log into your DX account
    2. click "My Orders"
    3. Click the order

    You can check shipment details in your dx account. Your order was shipped on Apr 12 with a tracking number RS813***010NL via NL post. You can track it via http://www.17track.net/en . Your ticket has been replied. Thanks.
