Still waiting my money back

    Hi there,


    I opened a ticket months ago to send back a DOA device, i sent it back, with proof of delivery, and i'm asking one time a week for my refund since two months...


    How can i obtain my money back please ???

    Firstly, did you follow the correct procedure? i.e., open a ticket to notify DX of the DOA, then wait for their response to direct you how and where to return the item?


    I don't know what the current waiting time is for to ticket replies but it was recently a week  or more, which is much too long! Even so, if you send another "reminder" on that ticket without waiting for their reply, it automatically cancels the ticket and you go back to the end of the queue.


    It will probably be Monday morning before @Maye_Tao can help you so be patient just a little longer. Posting your ticket number back here would help.

    Thanks for your answer. Yes, i respected all the procedure step by step and i obtained answers quickly, but since they get my device back, no answer. i often ask for response on the ticket opened for returning my stuff, but no one seems to give attention...

    Refunds are normally made when proof of return shipping is provided to DX.

    DX has found a new way to deceive customers:
    Use reviews for different products that have not been bought
    by the person who wrote the review.

    Well, getting your money back seems to be a problem. 


    In February, I received a DOA screen. Immediately raised a ticket, recd the return authority, sent it back to Sydney Australia at my expense. Remember, DX grab your money instantly.

    Here we are in May, some 4 months later and ?

    Nothing.

    Plenty of excuses, plenty of apologies. "Such and such left, so sorry" but no refund.

    So dx, look up my account and see how many thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars we have spent with you. 

    If this is how you treat your VERY good customers, just imagine if I was a first timer?


    So no probs DX. I am now trying some other Chinese on-line suppliers. It's just too hard dealing with you when something goes wrong.

    I do hope DX isn't going to blame that ^^ on another staff member leaving and the ticket not getting reassigned.
