Xiaomi Flower Monitor not International = Chinese

    I bought the International version of Xiaomi Flower Monitor at DX.com. It must be the international version and not the Chinese version. The Chinese version checks where you are and if not at Chinese Mainland the App will not work. Well I live in Europe, so DX did not send the International version that I ordered but the Chinese. Shame on you DX, so I waisted my money on you. Please correct your mistake!!!!!

    The customer forum is not the place to contact DX about a wrong shipment, least of all the Bug Reports forum. See the note below. You should use this ticket:
    https://cs.dx.com/Ticket/Check/Aftersales.Wrong. They will correct it.

    This is what the Product owner said:Beijing HHCC Plant Technology Co., <br />Dear Sir, Please notice that we separated domestic version and international version since Feb. 2017. And we write SN to hardware. Our international version is in a gift box as attached with all English information. If it is not then it is not the INTERNATIONAL VERSION. And the store is selling our domestic version internationally without our authorization indeed.

    So why are you telling me? I'm just a customer. I can't fix it and I really don't care. Contact DX as I advised above. Why are you still posting in the Site Bugs forum?

    Because downloading the app from play store and connecting to the "International" should not give a error message. And this fake international does and it is NO bug but a wrongly send ptoduct from DX...... thats to warn other customers like you

    So what you're saying is that you'd rather waste time whining to other customers who can do nothing about it, than report it to DX, who can! It is, as you said, a 'wrongly sent product' so the obvious thing to do is report it on the appropriate ticket. If they refused to correct the error, that would be the time to start whining but please, not on the Bug Report forum.

    Hey thanks for the heads up ! It seems that Xiaomi devices are more and more a gamble if they work or not. My Yi Small Ant Cam got locked out from Mi Home app at later firmwareversions, so without hacks it wont be useable, same with Xiaofang Cam.

    Well DX has promissed to send a replacement. Fingers crossed it is this time the International version.
