Order stuck in payment processing

    Is anybody here have the same problem like me? Having problem with order with stated as payment processing but it have pay succesfully? Really tiresome especially I need to contact livechat all the time EVERY ORDER, if I didnt contact, my order will be canceled!!! I thought dealextreme is a good site for shopping but it seems I've wrong.

    Payment processing can take a few days.

    If you're a new customer, DX usually needs some ID from you to confirm who you are, have you sent them any ID?

    It'll only ship in 24hrs if there isn't a problem with your account, which there seems to be.

    my paypal doesn't have problem, I use that for shopping to another shopping site, only here I get refunded and reorder again and again (3 times reorder, pay, refund).

    Now I know the reason why, the CONTROL DEPARTMENT of dx.com said I make fraud order, without asking, without prove.

    The live chat (berenice) even tell me dont order again, I WONT ORDER again.

    It's my first order here, and will be my last, it's really offend me for accusing me make fraud order, I pay with legal paypal, I use my own, I even send what they ask (ID CARD etc which I think it's too much since it broke privacy), if it's because the address which use the same address but different name, I tell u, IT'S MY OFFICE ADDRESS, I send 3 phone for my employee, it's a gift, should be surprise for them, but thx to dx.com for accused without ask, accused without prove.

    Oh also, if it's because my id card which stated expiration date, well electronic id (ektp here in Indonesia) are valid for lifetime, it start apply at 2017 (u could search in google and u will know I didn't lie).

    Thx u very much for this inconvenience, it's really disappointed here.

    Now I want to delete my account here as I dont want to order again just like berenice told me, really it's offend me for judge me make fraud order.

    don't get upset, and i won't name particular countries, but there are certain countries where the risk of credit card fraud is higher, you need to put yourself into DX's shoes, you want to accept payment from all customers but you also do not want to take unnecessary risks, if you want to pay for order right now do something different, instead of using credit card to fund paypal transfer use paypal balance, and if you have an expired ID use a different ID, etc common sense goes a long way

    Resistance is futile-give in to DX gadget craving!
