Not getting refund for charged item

    They say the card was refunded.  My boss says it was not.  I think dx keptthe money

    It can take up to 7 days to get a refund to your credit card.

    We refused the payment on Sep 13 as you failed the verification. Sometimes, it might take about one month for you to get money back due to different bank policies. Please wait and check again. Thanks.

    I still don't have the refund.  Who do I call or write or email?  I want my 179$back right fuccn now,  its been almost 2 months I'm gonna contact authorities anywhere I can and sue someone.
