    i did that, thank you... But the question still stands. When money is refunded it takes close to 90 days to get the money back on my bank account and i do not have that much money to put on my bank accout (that is 10% what i earn a month in my country) to reorder. I need what I ordered as soon as possible so this is really frustrating.



    I totally agree that withholding a refund for 90 days is unreasonable, to say the least! Are you saying that this has happened to you? The dates you show above suggest that total refund was successful 21 hours after payment was approved, with no mention of when, why or by whom the cancellation was made.

    It is only my opinion but I can see three different circumstances where refunds may be due:


     1.    Cancellation by DX because product is no longer available, or cannot be sent due to airline or other regulations.
    Solution: Immediate full refund without question, to the account used for payment.

     2.    Cancellation by customer, for whatever reason, before order has reached “Prepared for Shipment” stage.
    Solution: Full refund to the account used for payment within 24 hours, after establishing whether the customer wants to change the order or store credit. It should not take longer than one working day for DX to establish that an order has not been sent and prevent it from doing so.

     3.    Order lost or returned to DX. The possible circumstances are too many and varied to have one simple solution and may require negotiation as to responsibility for non-delivery. I can see the possibility of extreme conditions where, for instance, DX cannot establish with certainty that a parcel has been returned, and may have to wait until it arrives back, but even that should not take anything like 90days!
