dx.com provided wrong invoice: high import tax

    Dear all,


    I placed an order of USD 7.13, which was shipped to the Netherlands for free, and whose value lies beneath the threshold for import duties; therefore I should have to pay no import duty.


    However, dx.com provided DHL with an incorrect invoice: the invoice mentions something completely different, with a value of USD 379.00. As a result DHL is asking me for import duties of more than USD 100.00.


    Looking at the support page of dx.com, I can't find a single way of opening a ticket that describes the problem. There is no 'all other issues' type of ticket. Does anyone know how to deal with this?
