i did not get my package

    Hi, I ordered a Lenovo z2 mobile phone but did not arrive, order date: 2017.09.11. order number: 170910001078469812, order status: delivered. The package is not deliver :( shipped date 2017.09.12. the package tracking status: Expired,  75 days ago shipped and I have not yet received anything, my adress is correct. please help, thank you.

    Hello I have not received my package as well and maybe hope that you can help me

    Opened a ticket on Feb 21st 2018 and hve not received an answer from staff.

    Ticket number is D250E97AC316423EA929E6D50C6FAC70

    Order number is #: 171219001075491239 placed on 12/19/2017 and shipped on


    Tracking number is RG673627058CN and when I check after weeks the package is always

    shown at date 1/5/2018 as being shipped by air to my destination but then there is no other update

    after this. It is just stuck there.

    Ideally if the package is lost and cannot be found I would like for the same article to be shipped again to me.

    Thank you cyclist as in the past too for your help and my apologies

    for having attached myself to this thread   sorry about this will open my own up for the future

    As you can see from previous posts of mine have never really had the need to contact dx too much so this is why

    I am luckily not too familiar with thread opening and posting!
