ticket has not been replied to in over 3 weeks

    I have a ticket open for a item I shipped back to get a refund and have not gottten my refund or a reply in weeks.

    It is  Order #: 171029001070827601
              

    Can someone check on this?

    You don’t give any details of the circumstances or time-line but it sounds likely that the correct procedures were not followed.


    Did you open the ticket before returning the item? Had DX agreed to a refund? What were their instructions regarding the return? Did you open a second ticket at any stage? Show the date of each event.

    What is your ticket number?

    the ticket # is  A23F6AE5E707480DBAF611E8D8EDA3A4


    The correct procedures were being followed.I opened the ticket before returning the item and followed their instructions , the issue i'm having is that they stopped replying after I sent them the shipping reciept proof, and I would like an update.

    I sent them the shipping reciept proof that they requested on 2017/11/28 and there was no reply so then I sent another message in the ticket on 2017/12/16 and still didn't get a reply

    OK. Nothing more can be done over the weekend but hopefully you will get a response from staff here on Monday.

    In the future, never add anything on a ticket before getting a reply from DX. Doing so will cause your ticket to go to the back of the queue every time.

    Monday is Christmas day i.e a public holiday give it a bit more time, holidays always take longer for all
