Last 2 orders"shipped" but I cannot see tracking #

    Hi there,


    Something strage is going on with your site. Or at least, my account.


    I login to "my orders" I can see my orders, all of them shipped. But the last two, which have yet to arrive, I click on the "Shipments and Tracking" tab and .... NOTHING APPEARS. The tracking numbers are not showing.

    This is VERY STRANGE.


    Order numbers are 

      171216001070437387

    and

     171222001079781237

    Thinking it was a browser bug, I checked accessing DX.com with both CHROME and FIREFOX with the SAME RESULTS.

    Is the value of each of those orders $20 or more? They need to be to get a free tracking number... or you can pay $1.70 at checkout for a number if they are under that value.

    funny, my orders under and over $20 have the same info missing!

    Mine too for 3 orders, all over $20. No info at all on the upper part of the page.

    It's probably just a case of DX "fixing" something on the site, and temporarily breaking something else. It happens quite often.

    Thanks for confirming this is not just me, and that this is a widespread issue. I need a tracking number for both orders. Now how can I get them? Can someone at DX e-mail or DM those to me?

    You can ask Live Chat in about 9~10 hrs when they go online, but chances are that the bug will be fixed before then.
