Didn’t got tracking number on $249 USD product

    i orded a mobile phone on 5/1/2017(d/m/yyyy) its $249USD phone, it got shipped in 24 hours, its been 4 business days now i still didnt recive any traking number pls help me with it. plz provide me with proper tracking number.

    The tracking # should have been included on the shipping notification email that DX sent you when they shipped it. If you deleted it, you can check your account by clicking the order #, then clicking the "Shipments and Tracking" tab. Unfortunately the shipments/tracking info is not being shown at the moment, but should be available later. 

    ALWAYS ask questions about a specific item on its
    page. Scroll down and click on "Post a new topic".

    plz you tell me how many days its been 6 business days now and 4 holidays total 10 days and still my produt information is not updated , plz tell me what is the real amount of time it will take because i have to go out with my family on 10th feb and wont be available till 16th feb. plz tell me how many days more i need to wait

    Yes i know it takes 2-4 weeks for delivery but my question is why my poduct information is atill not updated after 10 days of shipment? Why my product is still showing your ‘ The package has been collected from our warehouse by the carrier. Due to intermediate transport, online tracking information may be slightly delayed and will be updated in 1-3 days.’ .

    I’m tired of reading this lie, they said 1-3 days tracking will be updated is been 10 days now Still nothing, just tell me truth about my package where is my package i will be most happy. Adding screenshots for your reference check it
