Doogee S60 - Not working with any mobil Simcard -

    Hallo ,


    My  name adam and i bought my smartphone "Doogee S60" at Dealextreame.com .I order it on the 28.12.2017.

    Now the "Doogee S 60" reach me on the 15.01.18.The first day everything
    was okay for me but after a while i tried to call my friends and family 
    and  i dont hear any signal ,nothing works . I dont hear a signal , my friends and family dont get
    any call from me and eather no connection to my provider  . I dont know what to
    do.

    I cant reach nobody from Deal Extream-support. 

    O send them all a message (Email) but untill now ,no answer from noday.WTF!!!

    Iam really Piss.


    Please give me feedback . 

    invest a lot of money in to the hole Smartphone , but me dont  feel really smart after this experience 


    please sendme a better  and positive meassage .

    Give Thanks for answering .#but i idid all what u write me from the beginning .me have also technical clue .but  i just have it like 2  days  and then its start to trip.

    i have already made a ticket but it still no answere ..

    I dont wanna wait no more  .i like the Doogee s60 untill now. witheout the signal problem ..

    DX don't use email support. DX uses a ticket system. Or @ozOzo might be able to help.

    Sorry but I can’t help with the phone, except to suggest you check the obvious things such as the charger, to make sure it has topped up the battery. Remove and replace the SIM and try it with another SIM. Try the "reset" button.
