Doogee X5 Max Pro turning off

    Hello, I bought Doogee X5 Max Pro via VolumeRate 7 months ago and from last month it is not working properly. The telephone is turning off by itself although there is around 60 % of battery and sometimes it is very slow and needs reboot. 


    I made hard reset so the phone is clean from malware and other stuff that may cause problems but it stil keeps doing this.


    I would like to get the refund or to new phone as the warranty is one year but I cannot get into any customer service here at VolumeRate. Live chat is offline.


    Can anyone here help me with this problem? Or does anyone have similar issue with Doogee?
