products can’t be delivered to your shipping addrs

    Hi,


    I'm triying to buy 3 items:

    SKU: 501458

    SKU: 916491513

    SKU: 349601

    But I get the message:

    "The products you selected can’t be delivered to your shipping address. Please choose other products!"

    I've received many purchases made with DX before, so why is displayed that message?? I've found something about pure battery products that can't be shipped by air mail regulations, but the items are not pure battery products. Even one of the is an audio cable!!


    Could dx help me with this issue?? Thank you.

    It's probably a site bug like many others at DX. 


    I was not allowed to order a certain folding knife that was considered "dangerous goods", but I was able to order an almost identical one that was even bigger. That made no sense at all. 

    NO! I don't know why DX screwed up the site so badly.
    Ask them.

    sometimes items cannot be shipped when you have one or more items mixed in from a different warehouse, try putting one item in the order at a time and see if the system will allow it

    Adding one by one, only sku.349601 is able to be shipped and is the only one with batteries included >_>. But the product I really need is the audio cable. It would be perfect a DX staff could help.
