mvp product

    hi

    this is first time i place an order. i ordered mvp product on 20th feb and it is suppose to ship within 24 hours as dx claim but order still in prepare shipment after 2days passed.

    my order is 180220001084768003.

       i ordered on 20th feb MVP product. it still prepared for Shipment even after one week passed despite MVP product. i opened a ticket but no responce. live chat not available. i donot know how to contact dx. this is really annoying. i donot want to wait anymore plz cancel my order and refund to my papal account as soon as possible i hope this will be fast. thx

    Are you aware you ordered during Chinese New Year, and it isn't even finished yet?

    Its the worst time of the year to order, if you want to cancel your order, you can do it in your DX account.
