I received the wrong item and I really feel angry

    Hi, I ordered a E&L S30 Android 7.0 4G 4.7" Three-Proof Phone w/ 2GB RAM 16GB ROM - Black. I received a package with an Oukitel U7 Plus in it. I ordered the EL s30 for a christmas present, in november.

    I really don't understand how you people work. I opened a ticket and had many answers:

    The first one asked me to take pictures of the package. I already have done that (5 pictures in the original ticket description were attached), the person who answered me have not read the ticket.

    The second answer asked me to return the product and to advance the fees, I'm not okay with that; if you want me to send back a package you messed up, you pay for it. It's quite easy. I live in France, you go to this website and you pay for your own return : https://www.chronopost.fr/en/news/prepaid-transport-labels-save-time , I'll print the prepaid return and stick it on a package.

    The third answer told me that all products come with a one-year warranty, so I just have to return it to get a refund. But this is not a warranty related problem.

    Since then, no more answers. 

    I'm going to make a complaint against you. I'm f*ck*ng piss*d off.

    This is the last time I ask you : if you want me to return the phone you send me by mistake, you pay for it, I'm not going to pay and wait to be refund 3 or 4 months more. Second thing, you send me the phone I ordered in the first place or you refund me now.

    What does that mean?

    DX has found a new way to deceive customers:
    Use reviews for different products that have not been bought
    by the person who wrote the review.

    You have not answered me. 

    So I ask you again : As soon as I give you the tracking number and the picture, how much time does it take to : 

    -refund me the price of the invoice ? 

    -send me the phone I ordered ?

    Im in the UK and after DX have made me jump through all the hoops before I can return something, it usually takes around a week before I get a refund/replacement, sometimes its just a few days.
