did not received my order 180125001046685380

    Hello,


    I ordered at 25.1.2018. Since more than 3 weeks trackings sites say that the package is processed at the country of destination. I took a ticket for this issue 5 days ago And no answer.

    The livechat is unavailable.

    What to do now?

    Sorry for the delay. Tickets are backlogged after the holiday.

    It's very common to see packages not scanned by destination Post Offices while packages are still normally en-route and delivered. Could you please wait 1-2 weeks and see if it will arrive or not? Thanks.
