20 business days, no package

    I ordered my package on 26 January and it hasn't arrived yet after 20 business days. For this issue, I requested a ticket, however, I am not getting any responses to my ticket from the DX's staffs (been 5 days). I would like to inform. you that the customer service is really of poor quality. 

    I only would like to know where my package currently is?

    Its not unusual for packages to take 4-6 weeks to arrive, do you have a tracking number?

    There is a back log of tickets because of Chinese New Year, which is just about finished.

    Your order was shipped without free tracking number as it is less than $20. It might take longer for the delivery. Please wait 1-2 weeks and see if it will arrive or not. And your ticket has been replied. Thanks.
