Ticket servise problem

    I cant get email address to DX, so I write it here:

    Ticket service communication about my problem dont let me reply last post from DX support because " Submit fail,retry later ". Live chat support unavaliable.

    So I write over here - here details:

    Havn’t received packages after 20 days waiting

    My answer (which I CANT reply over ticket useless service) to DX support last post:


    I wish to request reshipment, please.
