    My item hasn't arrived in over a month.

    I tried to concat dx but my ticked isn't processed in over a week and the live chat is down although it is during opening hours.

    Who can i contact to help me

    What is the shipment date in your account? Do you have a tracking #?


    It's not unusual at all to wait a month or longer for an order to arrive. Plus Chinese New Year (which very recently ended) causes huge backlogs because the whole country closes down for 2 weeks.


    If it still hasn't arrived next week, post back here with your order # and I'll call a staff member to help you.

    Sorry for the delay.

    It's very common to see packages not scanned by destination Post Offices while packages are still normally en-route and delivered. Could you please wait 1-2 weeks and see if it will arrive or not? And your ticket has been replied. Thanks.

    it has been two weeks and there is still no change that i can see. The last update was on the seventh of februar.

    There is no way to cancel an order after it's been shipped.


    DX will have to ask the postal service to trace it. If it's been lost, DX will refund or resend it, but it will take some time. You won't lose your money, just some more time.
