I'm being robbed by DX

    My order was placed on December 26th and shipped the next day. The tracking shows no movement after January 3 and the package did not even arrive in my country.


    I opened a ticket in February 2 asking for help. The DX employee "Violet" (heyan-v) doesn't solved the problem and keeps asking for patience and new deadlines that are never fulfilled. My request for a refund was just ignored.


    There's now 49 business days since the package was posted and 72 calendar days. I'm totaly unsatisfied and feeling that I'm going to be robbed by DX.

    It is not that I want to kill your last hopes, but I am sorry to inform. you that my order was shipped on October 10 2017. Never left China, and I am still waiting.  

    Same situation.  Simply ignored.

    This is just ridiculous. The absurd excuses on ticket response are making me sick.

    Sadly, packages can sometimes take a long time (8 weeks +) to arrive, so DX need to give them a chance because they know some of the postal services along the way are not very good.

    You will never lose your money here, if a package is considered lost then DX will refund or resend.


    Both of you post up your order numbers & ticket numbers, and I'll contact a staff member to help, but as its the weekend, it'll be a few days before she replies.

    The totally unprofessional customer support provided in this ticket it's what makes me think that I lost my money.

    I have also waited a refund from 2018/1/31. My package came damaged... and DX is not answering to my ticket!
