Where is a part of my order

    on 12th Januari 2018 I ordered several parts for my DIY drone build.
    I'm still waiting for the ordered LiPo (http://www.dx.com/p/11-1v-2200mah-30c-li-polymer-battery-pack-for-450-helicopter-dji-phantom-1-450-quadcopter-366131#.WqJKV5PwaRc)

    The tracking number is RG673695628CN but the status did not change sinds Januari 18th (see below)


    Where is my paid LiPo? I's been almost 2 months now which is way above the mentioned 20 days. I understand the Chines New Year but this is out of proportion.
    Support told me to wait (about 4 weeks ago) and the already created ticket is still unread and thus unanswered.

    I just got a reply from support (what a coincident). Now it's up to me to find out where my package is?
    They must be kidding! I pay for this stuff. Next time they will ask me to pick it up in China.
    We have several different delivery companies here in the Netherlands, how can I know which of those companies handles this package?2018-03-09_11-38-11.png

    They're not saying its up to you to find it!

    Its DX's basic reply because sometimes packages are waiting at the post office and no card was left to tell anyone.

    Just tell them you have checked and there is nothing there, ask DX to refund or resend it.

    Post back here if you need any more help and I'll contact staff for you.

    Of course I did that. There is no way for me to check because it can be handled by several different companies.
    I would like DX to resend the lipo and I asked them that as well.
