My order hasnt been fully shipped

    My oreder number  180226001092851841 hasnt been sully shipped, dx only shipped 2 items, even when i unticked the "send available items first" during checkout, i really want the remaining items in the same packet with tracking number because in my country the mail service usually loses small or untracked packets, also i have raised a ticket and still no response.

    Its kind of weird but the only items they have shipped are items with Sku oconsisting of 9 digits, i dont know if it its a web site bug, and they didnt receive the order for the other items with the 6 digits sku.

    Pleaese help. thnaks.

    Do you know Chinese New Year only finished a few days ago? Its surprising anything shipped in that time.

    Please close your ticket as it is not needed and adds to the backlog, all you need is some patience.

    China is starting to get back to normal and suppliers with be back to work again, give it at least another week, your order should be shipped or ready to be shipped by then.

    I ve raised the ticket not because of the delay, i ve raised it because of the separate shipping, its very important to me that te packets are a little big and trackable, because mexico post services usually loses small or untracked packs, i use DX since 2015 and i never had this issue, also my order was made february 26 there are already 10 business days.

    Chinese New Year was from 16th feb till 3rd March, so no, not 10 business days.

    DX only closed for a few days, but that makes no difference when the suppliers are on holiday for the full 2 weeks.

    All right then, but i think DX shoul de more reallystic when they make the sticky posts on the forum, i mean yeah they advice holydays will be from february 15 to february 17, so, i made my order after that date, they should be more responsible, otherwise us as customers make a bad concept of the store.

    Also, you are not staff member, i would like that only staff that can do something with the system answer this posts, excuse me but you are a UK living simple moderator that cant do nothing for us but tell us thigs we already know.

    I apreciate that you dont answer, because i only want answers from staff members.

    916 products would be shipped from a different warehouse. We will try to ship rest products together. Thanks.

    I appreciate your help, i have already closed the ticket, since it is no longer needed because this trouble is solved now.

    Thank You again for the annoyance. 

    P.S. I think you should put that kind of info about the diferent SKU in a sticky post on the forum or in a FAQ, because i have been using DX since 2015 and i never realized that those items are sent from a diferent warehouse.

    These skus with the prefix 916 or 852 or 903 would be shipped from different warehouses.
