Thread Closed couldn't recieve my payment.

    my order number is : 180219001082803403

    on feb 19 I cancelled my order and I created a ticket, but I still could not recieve my payment to my credit card. You can easily bring money from us in 1 sec but you are not capable of paying it for 1 month? Is this the way your company satisfy their customer?
