70 days and still nothing

    hello I would like if people were in the same case as me, because I ordered a phone on 24/12, was sent on 27/12, the last tracking date of 22/01 saying he arrived in my country, and since no more news.


    I have already created a service ticket since the beginning, telling me to wait, a few more days, then 1-2 weeks again, it's been more than 70 days I'm waiting

    if anyone can help me.

    your order includes not one but two major holidays, Christmas and CNY, extra delays are to be expected, if after waiting another few days the order cannot be located ask staff for a replacement

    Strange, because There was a gift when i ordered the phone, which was sent on 4/01 ans received on 10/01. 

    I dont think its possible yo have the same phone because its out if stock. I wish its possible.

    That's not good, and cannot be blamed on the Chinese New Year holiday (unless you live in China). About time DX reshipped or refunded you.

    Are you saying you opened a ticket on 23 December when you placed the order?

    Use reviews for different products that have not been bought
    by the person who wrote the review.

    Hi i would like to Say that DX have refunded me, and that i could order another phone elsewhere. Very fast refund via PayPal, because the phone i ordered was out of stock.

    After putting this post online I got a reply from DX. They promised me to refund or sending my order again.

    So my choice was a sending and today it was delivered.

    So my trust in dx is OK again


    I believe them again and we can shop again.
