    I've ordered many things on DX and was always very happy about them, good price for decent products..

    But now for the first time I recieved a defective product. I ordered sku.852491694  (LETV X720) but it doesn't work properly...

    When i call someone ,the person opposite can not hear. I have to put earphones on. It’s really disturbing on important calls.

    I of course opened a ticket with a request for a new one.. but after 6 days, no response.. When DX clearly states: "72 hours"

    Also, the fact that jou MUST upload a picture of the broken piece is
    silly in my opninion. There is no visual damage on the mouse! For really
    broken product it is convenient to send a picture, but to require it,
    is a bit unnecessary I think.

    So far a little feedback on the rma procedure here on DealExtreme..

    The request for a picture is just a basic reply because usually when something is broken, it is visible, but when its not visible, I just send DX a picture of the product from their own site, never been an issue doing that.

    DX has found a new way to deceive customers:
    Use reviews for different products that have not been bought
    by the person who wrote the review.
