Haven't received item after 30+ days

    So I ordered a micro sd card off of here and customer support has not been helping at all. The first time I opened my ticket it took them nine days just to reply and say that china post didn't update the info and that I should check my local post office for info on it. Canada post never received the item and the provided tracking number never made it to canada post. I can't help but feel like im going to be robbed of my money with how unwilling the customer support is to writing back in a timely manner.

    Sorry to hear this.

    It's very common to see packages not scanned by destination Post Offices while packages are still normally en-route and delivered. Could you please wait 1-2 weeks and see if it will arrive or not? If not, we will check the case and find a solution for you. Be reassured please.

     I'm waiting for a solution to my problem and nobody tells me anything. I am only requesting the reshipment of my purchase due to the fact that it has been lost and no one gives me attention. Is this the DX customer satisfaction policy? I'm disappointed in that. To whom should I direct my request?

    @Maye_Tao it's been 40 days since I ordered this item. This is also the first time I've ordered an item over seas and hasn't been scanned by Canada post when it reaches the country. Heck I even ordered something off of and it showed up in 2 weeks(they ship from China too) and was updated consistently.

    Dear Maye_Tao...Hello again...

    It's been another two weeks and my order has not arrived.

    You say that it was delivered to my country, but there is nothing in the records system of the transport company in my country.

    Until when will I have to wait to have my products?

    Is this how DX treats your customers? Is this the company policy?

    Please resend my products or give me back my money ..
