More than 100 days and nothing

    I made the request for a sj6 legend, in the month of November 2017, and until today my request has not arrived. So, I made a complaint to the Brazilian post office website, and I was informed that the item was lost. I have already opened the complaint ticket to the site for two months, and I have already sent images of the response of the Brazilian Post Office, informing the loss of the order, however, the dealextreme, it does not reimburse me the amount that was paid, and only the answers you ignore my questions.
    I need the refund of the amount that was paid, once the item was lost in the Brazilian post office.
