Lenovo Zuk Z2 display error

    My mobile Phone, a Lenovo Zuk Z2, that i ordered in May last year has a special display error: 
    There is a rectangle in the middle of the longer side of the screen, where the touch sensor does not recognise any contact, although there are no tears or other traces of usage on the display. 

    I wanted to contect dealextreme by chat-service, what seems not to be possible at the moment. 
    Can i just send the cellphone with invoice and a description of the problem to the responsible service center (which would be in London in my case)??
