70 days, counting and nothing

    12/29 i bought a Xiaomi mi a1, case, charger and glasses. More than 70 days and still nothing. Ticket open more than 1 month ago and the only thing they said it's " contact your oficial post". 

    I have already gone, and they told me it never arrived to Argentina. 

    I don't have anymore to do, the only thing they said me (Correo argentino) it's "It is not in Argentina". I think the product it's lost, and I need my money back. 

    I need the cellphone with emergency because is for work.

    Please help me, I don't know what more to do, I am desesperate by this problem and I need a quick solution.

    Hey Maye. I already answered that.

    Today at Correo Argentino they told me (again) the package it never arrived to Argentina. Two months flying? I don't think so haha. Please help me, I need the money to buy another one!! 

    Thanks for your quickly help, ticket answer once per week..
