I didnt receive my package

    My name is Raffael, I bought a smartwatch on december tenth in 2017 and still didnt receive it. Here is my order: 191209001059108419 and my tracking number: RU153426314NL so you can check it.

    Honestly I am feeling robbed by DX.com

    The tracking shows that your order arrived in Brazil, so why are you blaming DX?

    Have you asked your local postal system where it's at?

    Make a ticket here if you haven't done it yet. > https://cs.dx.com/Ticket/Check/Order.Delay  DX will make a inquiry which will take time.

    If you have made a ticket, wait for a reply from DX before adding anything to it or it will go to the back of the queue every time.

    NO! I don't know why DX screwed up the site so badly.
    Ask them.

    It is possible that you have been robbed, but obviously, if so, not by DX but someone in your own postal service in CURITIBA. The two most recent entries on tracking site 17track.com say:

    2018-01-29 09:36-  CURITIBA / PR, Forwarded, de Unidade de Logística Integrada em CURITIBA / PR para Unidade em Liberado sem imposto. Entrega 40d úteis / BR

    2018-01-09 07:11-    CURITIBA / PR, Received by the Brazil Post


    Take a copy of the 17track info to your local Post Office and inquire. If they cannot locate it, you need to notify DX using this ticket: https://cs.dx.com/Ticket/Check/Order.Delay 


    It will take at least 2 weeks for them to verify the item is indeed lost, after which you will be offered a full refund or have the item re-sent.
