Problem with T8S GPS Tracker (SKU: 413692)

    I need help because I can't use my GPS tracker.

    I used a pre-paid SIM card which use 2G. When I turn on the tracker, a blue light is blinking.

    I send a sms to the phone number card sim installed into the tracker with the following lines: pw,123456,apn,gprs.swisscom.ch,,,22801#

    Unfortunatley I got no answer

    Of course when I log to Aibeile, the app says that the tracker is unactive.

    Anyone can help me ?
