DX.com sent me a used phone, while sku states new

    Guys I am very dissapointe with this site. I order a lot from other sites, without such problems.

    This time I ordered an LG G6 wchich came scratched, without a factory screen protector, not only the screen is scratched, but also the corners of phones. The SKU states the item is brand new. Be advised not to order here, there are other, more popular sites with a better quality of products.

    I was so shocked with the scratches, that i didnt unbox rest of stuff, as it came out, there was no key for simcard tray and the headphones also look like they were being used(not to mention they are cheap plastic ones, not the ones that LG enclose).

    The battery drains by 35% in just a few minutes!

    I did submit a ticket(24DAEF7BE3944D1682D207DC7670EC52), and I hope I will get a (really)NEW phone, please help mi with this issue if you can, i am heartbroken, what can I do? :(

    Wait for your ticket to be answered, of course.

    And this thread would probably have been better in the Cell Phones forum.

    Guys just don't buy at this site if you are not 100% sure you can handle fakes and poor customer service, a few facts for you:

    - the phone had no factory stickers on it - it was used

    - the phone screen is scratched

    - the phone sides are scrathed

    - the phone battery is poor

    - the headphones are used and fakes

    - there was no simcard tray key

    All they offer me is to send new headphones, WTF? :o What about changing phone to a trully new one or a refund?

    DX.COM, you are not doing customer service right!

    No more shopping at dx.
