Refunds Too Bad

    THERE IS A FAKE PICTURE IN DX HOME PAGE " 100% SATISFACTION ".

    I MADE A ORDER IN 2017-10-12 10:18.
    IN 2017-11-13 (32 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE) I Open a Ticket because they doesn't shipping.
    SO AFTER THE SHIPMENT WAS WAITING UP TO 2018-03-22

    BUT THE ITEM NEVER COME (161 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE).
    SO I OPEN ANOTHER TICKET 2018-03-22 22:14:45 SAYING THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT.
    AND THIS IS THE ANWSER OF DX:

     I Don't see " 100% SATISFACTION " because never one ofer insurance to receive total refunds or another products.

    You don't need to SHOUT. We can read you just fine if you type normally.


    When was the item shipped? Did it have a tracking number? Was any reason given why DX would only refund 50%?

    DX has found a new way to deceive customers:
    Use reviews for different products that have not been bought
    by the person who wrote the review.

    Good Morning

    The Post Office in my country has lost the product.
    But they only pay the sender because they claim that the product belongs to the sender until it is delivered.

    The tracking number was: RP439759314SG from CINGAPURA to BRAZIL.

    It is a shame the way DX is treating the customers - I have received non functional Earbuds and because one of two earbud is working it is not a DOA.

    After a long discussion I have send back the item - since the no reply - what a shame!
