DEALEXTREME DOES NOT REPLY TO TICKET FOR 1 MONTH

    I AM VERY ANGRY WITH DEALXTREME


    I received a motherboard that does not work. The staff tells me to sent picture and video to an email he gives me and tells me to wait 4 days.


    I am waiting for more than 30 days, and nobody answers to the ticket.


    I post everyday a message to the ticket and nobody answer.


    What happen ??? I thing dealxtreme is not a serious ! It seems to be a fake.


    I need solutions, what must I do now ?

    I need help, I dont want to lose money !

    The problem is that DX's ticket system is set up poorly, so that every time you add a new message to the ticket before DX staff have replied, you go back to the end of the queue again!

    Ok.. This is a very poor ticket system.

    I am writing everydays so the ticket goes back to the end queue.

    I just received a replied, very quickly but the solution is not good.


    Why must I look locally for someone to repair the motherboard that I have received not working ? 

    I never use it... I buy working articles,  I am not buying damaged motherboards to repair it locally !.

    Its just a basic reply to see if its easier/cheaper for you to fix it instead of sending it back, just keep saying no until you're happy.

    I just receive reply from a Staff and the solution is to refund EUR 35 ?

    Why only EUR 35 and not 100% of the value of the motherboard ?


    Dealxtreme is really a serious seller ?

    DX will try the cheapest way possible to get the problem solved before having to go to the expense of the customer returning it.
