unable to track order on Deal Extreme

    I ordered a waterproof smart bracelet (sku 486113) on the 18 March 2018.


    Initially, i was told that you guys dont have any stock of it. eventually the item was shipped on the 4th April 2018 with order number :  RQ529439715MY / package number : RU220328904NL 

    On the 4th April 2018 , i was advised that my item had been shipped. however then recieved another email on the 6th April indicating that the package failed to pass the airline security check as it contains lithium batteries/ knives or products that contain liquid which are now under extreme scrutiny in world air cargo services.


    they have therefore advised that they have switched to another delivery channel and the new package number is: RQ529439715MY.


    My problem is that i cannot track this order. i have typed in the number to track it on Deal Extreme, however it says that it is an incorrect number.


    The only reason I ordered from Deal Extreme and not Wish is due to the delivery date being a month with Deal Extreme, however I find myself in a position to see that this wont even be recieved within a month as I dont even know if my product has been shipped.

    I have emailed you guys twice already but have not recieved any response.


    Could you please let me know what the status of my package is and by when I can recieve it.

    That's a tracking number, not an order number.


    I have emailed you guys twice already but have not recieved any response.


    That might possibly be because DX doesn't provide support by email. Have you opened a ticket? See the bottom left corner of this page.

    Use reviews for different products that have not been bought
    by the person who wrote the review.
