I can,t tack a new ticket №and no answer in old on

    Hello, By order 171130001043508545 I received a phone on 2018-01-12. The phone worked for 1 month and started to trouble. It was constantly restarted, and on 2018-04-06 it stopped and displayed a black screen. On the same day, I tried to open a ticket number, but since it was open for delivery late, did not allow me to open a new one. I wrote the same number on the ticket that I want to take guarantee of the phone warranty already 2 times but no one answers the questions. Help me, tell me what is the procedure to claim the warranty on the phone and get my money back ?!

    If you opened a ticket already, don't add anything to it before DX replies or it will go to the back of the queue every time you do.

    If you don't have a ticket opened, make one here  > https://cs.dx.com/Ticket/Check/Aftersales.NewDefective  for defective items.

    Again, wait for a reply from DX.

    NO! I don't know why DX screwed up the site so badly.
    Ask them.

    How long I have to wait an aswer? I wrote at 6 of april and near 10 days I don,t have an aswer. I and also for this reason I can,t open a new ticket. The old ticket is for late delivery and it is open 27 decemder 2017. Only in this ticket I can write. The last time I wrote on this ticket at 12 of april 2018.
