    O reembolso foi realizado depois de muita insistência e reclamação.  Agora falta segurança para realizar outro pedido.

    Demorou 4 meses entre a compra chegar no Brasil, não ser entregue por algum problema na embalagem, retornar para eles e realizarem um reembolso.

    Comigo a mesma coisa. Fiz a compra em Janeiro, já foi liberado e simplesmente não chega. Pedi o reembolso e o ficam pedindo pra eu aguardar mais. Logo mais vence o prazo (se é que existe um) pra reembolso e eu vou tomar prejuizo.

    DX has found a new way to deceive customers:
    Use reviews for different products that have not been bought
    by the person who wrote the review.

    Now you guys are asking me to wait more one or two weeks for what?  I've already opened a ticket for the order 180121001040249993 and I'm sick of waiting. I do want my money back, you can keep your goods, I dont want it anymore. Please, refund me and stop stolling me.
