Cannot contact anyone for support

    is there any way I can get any support from DX? LiveChat doesn't work (it always says unavailable), can't create ticket because it says both of my order numbers do not exist, there is no email, twitter account doesn't answer, Argentina (Bs As) phone number is answered by a machine speaking german instead of spanish. I cancelled an order (set the wrong delivery address), got the cancelation confirmation email but got charged anyway, and then when I reorder but my order never arrived and there is no clear tracking info. I have NO way to claim a refund for the cancelled order nor to know what happened to my other order. Did I get scammed? o.O

    You can check order details in your dx account. Order 180409001057252815 was cancelled and refunded automaticlly on Apr 10. The money should be back to your payment account(AstropayCreditCard) already. Please confirm with your bank. Order 180409001057259313 is waiting for shipment. Thanks.

    I bought it more than 2 weeks ago and I pay extra for a fast shipping with Noc Noc service, how come it hasn't been shipped??? then why did you charged me extra for 2 weeks delivery to my door?

    DX does not have an expedited processing option. Purchasing EMS only expedites postal service mailing time. Thanks.

    are you trolling me now? : S I paid extra for the noc noc service, I was suppoused to have it this week and it still hasnt even shipped? I want my money back, ALL of it  beacuase I still dont see the refund money from the 1st cancelled order. I should have stayed with  ,  and  , and never try the amateurs

    We cancelled order 180409001057259313 and issued refund to your payment account. You may get it back about 3-7 working days. As the refund from the 1st cancelled order, please confirm with your bank. Thanks.

    de la primera compra si, la duplicada. La otra todavia no pero cerro justo la tarjeta antes de que me acrediten la plata. Un desastre DealExtreme, quería probar el servicio Noc Noc, mejor sigo con  ,   y   que funcionan a la perfección
