DOA Item ticket, question about sending video.

    It's hard for me to show the DOA when the smartwatch itself is working, it turns on but the touchscreen is not responding from the box. Making it unusable to it's fitness purposes.

    I can show with a video but I could only send picture (max 2mb) is there somewhere I should send a video to prove the fault?

    Sorry about making a thread but it's my first time trying to report a problem with a product so I'm not really sure what to do.

    You can post the video on a video host site and then send a link to it in your ticket.
