    DX is not responding to ticket querie. It has been 8 full days now since lodging the ticket. I want to cancel order and claim a refund.

    Check the status on your order page. If it has not been shipped or reached the "Lock order for generating shipment" stage you can cancel the order yourself, (see Available Actions) and the refund will be credited to your account, usually in a few days.

    Please don't reply ticket before you get an answer. Your order can not be cancelled as it has been shipped out on Apr 17. Your ticket has been replied. Thanks.
