VR not shipping in time, not answering on support

    Hello, I placed VR order 180506146018729875 on May 6th [1].


    Firstly, I didn't get any email order confirmation. Do you send it?


    Secondly, the item [2] says it's dispatched in 3-4 business days, but it's 7 business days now and the status didn't change. When do you expect to ship the order?


    At last, noone responds on support emails/skype/forum [3]. How can one get working support on the issue?
