The Post office have lost material sent by DX

    I posted an information in ticket CD83D5A4737D4C8A9DF7FCD29A925B41 on 04/15/2018 and until today I have not had an answer.
    The livechat is always out.
    The information is: The material sent with the record RS948118533NL has been lost.

    I would like to know, how the DX will proceed in this case, since according  to international postal regulations, the sender, the contractor of the distribution service and legally responsible for the object, is the only  beneficiary of possible compensation.

    Its pretty simple, if the package is lost DX will refund or resend.

    Wait for a reply to your ticket, it can take a few days because they seem to be busy at the moment.

    When a mail item is lost, the only “beneficiary” is the person who received it by mistake and did not return it, or stole it. You, the mail service and DX all lose time and therefore money.

    The mail service is responsible for delivery but DX guarantee you will receive it or refund the purchase price. Registered post is like an insurance for which you have paid the premium; it is included in the price you paid for the order.

    After you have notified DX of non delivery, they wait a week or two before notifying the postal service in case it shows up and the postal service in turn take a couple of weeks to try to track it down. If you started the process in mid April, it is probably time to ask DX to check if there is any progress.

    Could you please check the above? Thank you, and as Live Chat service has been discontinued, could you please remove that and Phone service from the “Contact Us” link. It tends to aggravate people who waste a lot of time trying to use them.

    Unexpectedly after more than a month of the post office saying that the package was lost, today I received the package.

    I am sure many parcels that customers have believed lost or stolen do eventually arrive, albeit much later than expected. Very seldom though, does a customer who has complained bother to come back to the forum to confirm that it has arrived. Good for you!
