Ticket response time?

    I have posted a ticket 5 days agao, i thought promissed response time was 48h but it still says waitforstaff ...?

    I have the same problem, already waiting for 4 days. Also, tracking does not work after 11(!) days, promised is 1-3 days delays...

    The last one I took note of took 6 days for a response. 12 days really is a bit much.

    DX has found a new way to deceive customers:
    Use reviews for different products that have not been bought
    by the person who wrote the review.

    Yes it certainly is something to worry about. DX habitually updates the site without first adequately checking that the updates will work once installed. DX habitually breaking stuff with updates means that the site doesn't work as it should (and for some of the broken features never does again).
